JOE COZZOLINO
JOE COZZOLINO
Since 2023, Joe Cozzolino is the CEO of CDS.
Previously, Joe was an Executive Partner at Siris Capital and Executive Chairman of TPx Communications. He brings over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in enterprise, consumer services with deep experience working with voice, video, and data service providers.
Previously, Joe was responsible for Cisco’s growing $13 billion global services business. Joe’s team helps Cisco customers transform their businesses through digital initiatives that support their business goals. Cisco Services drive business outcomes for customers and partners through a portfolio of advisory, implementation, training, optimization, managed, and support services.
Previously, Joe was senior vice president and general manager of Cisco's Mobility and Service Provider Video Infrastructure business groups. He was responsible for global business strategy and execution for mobility products, customer premises equipment (CPE), cable access, encoding, and transcoding: a more than $3 billion business.
Joe joined Cisco in 2013 from Motorola, where he was senior vice president and general manager of Video Network Infrastructure for Motorola Mobility. He was responsible for the video strategy for fixed-line operators and grew it to more than $1 billion over a four-year period. He also led the company’s Home and Networks Mobility business in EMEA and Asia Pacific, where he rearchitected the businesses, generated growth, and exceeded plans.
Earlier in his career, Joe led worldwide customer operations at RiverDelta Networks and was general manager at ADC Telecommunications, succeeding in startup and high-growth environments.
Joe holds a BSEE degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA degree from Anna Maria College. He is married with four children and lives outside Boston, Massachusetts.
Joe is the Vice Chairman of UMass Dartmouth Foundation board.

Mike is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience as CFO across diverse industries, from global data center support at CDS to sports turf and healthcare services, where he has consistently driven significant financial accomplishments and operational improvements. At CDS, Mike currently oversees comprehensive financial and administrative functions.
Previously, while at Sprinturf, Mike played a pivotal role in an all-cash sale and executed debt refinancing. His expertise includes leading audits, regulatory compliance, and building high-performing finance teams, exemplified by his tenure at Aergo Solutions, where he managed a successful company sale and secured pandemic-related financial aid.
Mike’s background also includes restructuring treasury, reducing accounting close times, and managing capital projects, with prior roles at Standard Merchandising Co., Pine Environmental, and Surgical Solutions. Known for enhancing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and implementing critical accounting standards,
Mike’s strategic financial leadership has repeatedly contributed to increased company valuations and successful transactions.

Jeff is a seasoned sales executive with a proven record, driving substantial growth and transformation in tech organizations. As Chief Revenue Officer at CDS, he leads global sales and partner development initiatives focused on revenue acceleration and customer retention.
Previously, at Teradata and Verizon, Jeff held sales and marketing leadership roles over 20+ years, transforming underperforming sectors and enabling business turnarounds. His initiatives have led to pipeline and revenue growth, rapid GTM transformation, and the trust of enterprise clients and partners across the Fortune 100.
Additionally, as a Member of SMU’s Big Data Advisory, Jeff collaborates with industry thought leaders and helps guide program development for future data analytics professionals.

Phillip is an accomplished Chief Information Officer and technology executive with extensive leadership experience across leading organizations. Currently serving as CIO at CDS, he has previously held roles as CIO at TriStruX and CTO at New Fortress Energy, where he led their information technology functions through significant growth and transformation. With over 25 years in information technology, Phillip brings extensive experience in digital transformation, M&A, and service delivery across a number of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, and energy. He specializes in helping growing organizations navigate change and maximize value to customers.

John is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at Computer Data Source, Inc. (CDS), where he currently serves as Chief Security Officer (CSO). His tenure at CDS includes significant contributions as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Prior to his time at CDS, John spent 18 years at Dow Jones Telerate, where he held various positions, including Director of Global Services. His extensive experience encompasses a deep understanding of technology management, operational strategy, and global service delivery across the financial services industry.

Lee is a highly accomplished Managing Director with over two decades of strategic leadership and business development expertise across diverse sectors, including technology, insurance, and data analytics.
At Natrinsic, Lee has led key initiatives to enhance service quality and support for clients, aligning engineering and business development efforts to drive impactful outcomes.
Previously, as a Co-founder of CovidIQ, Lee spearheaded the creation of an award-winning platform for community health data, which earned the 2020 Bermuda Tech Award for Innovation. Lee also co-founded Sonic Intel, a boutique data analytics firm, where they guided clients in unlocking actionable insights and improving decision-making through advanced analytics. At 5Fathom, Lee was instrumental in developing and scaling solutions for reinsurance and financial services, managing sales, marketing, and client relationships.
Lee has consistently driven growth and innovation, leveraging a robust technical background and a deep commitment to business excellence.
